How are Conferencing Minutes Calculated?
- The number of minutes used each month is calculated by adding up the total minutes each participant uses per call.
- If a participant does not stay on the call for the full duration of the call, the system only calculates the actual minutes that participant was on the call.
- If the plan has multiple dedicated lines, the usage adds the minutes for all participants on all calls for all lines.
